THE INVITATION...

Hello hello! This is Rob, 1 part of the Best Men duo. I extend this invitation to ALL of the wedding party, to get (F)it (A)nd (T)oight* for Luis and Emmelyne's (LuMelyne Costerior) Wedding on Friday, October 9.

The guys were talking about how we all gotta get in shape for the wedding, and more specifically, for the suit fitting. So what better way to do this, then as a company of friends with one common goal of looking great on Luis and Em's big day?

Now this is my 4th board that I've created to help friends TAME eachother. TAME, refers to Taking the initiative to decide to make a change, being Accountable for your diet and exercise efforts, Motivating eachother by giving feedback and support, and Envisioning your future with specific and time bound goals.

Use this board to keep track of daily meals, workouts, and thoughts. If you don't have the time for that, then use it to record any observations in your efforts at the end of the week, or possibly the outcomes, like weight loss, muscle gain, or progress pictures. Feel free to use this board in any way you feel it can be used. Just use it!

It's a resource, just like we all are for eachother. So if you wanna cut down a bit for the wedding, or make a total overhaul like I want to, I invite you all to make the change.
